面试时，申请者需将以下材料准备齐全：
· Application form (see attached)
· Detailed description of research project
· CV
· List of publications
· Official academic transcript(s)-certificate of Master / Ph.D. degree
· Letter of recommendation by the respective department at the home institution (signed)
· Statement of acceptance by an academic supervisor / academic partner in Austria (signed)（暂时可不提供）
如果获奥方导师允许，申请者须在面试后的2个月内提交申请材料，否则将会被取消奖学金资格。
申请者获得奖学金后，需要立即提交所有表格的电子版或用航空邮寄至指定地址。
根据目前的签证政策来看，获得6个月以上奖学金资助人员申请签证的时间需要2-3个月。
